Excellent staff, made us feel at home and provided great service. Convenient location, close to attractions and local cafes and restaurants.

The breakfast options were limited compared to European hotels.

The opportunity to feed the bulbuls added a unique touch to the experience. The restaurant at the hotel was beautifully decorated and the service provided during lunch and dinner was perfect. The family apartment we stayed in was spacious, with two large bedrooms and a separate living area. It was equipped with all the necessary amenities, including mini bars, flat-screen TVs, and outdoor terraces with sun loungers. The air-conditioning in the rooms was excellent, our comfort throughout our stay. The value for money at The Red House cannot be beaten, making it a fantastic choice for accommodation.

One small downside was the faint smell of dust in the room due to the wooden cupboards. However, it was not a major issue and did not affect the overall cleanliness and comfort of the room.

There is also a beautiful garden area, perfect for a morning stroll. the in-room breakfast service is fantastic, with plenty of options to choose from. the restaurant has delicious and well-presented dishes, showcasing traditional local cuisine.

The only minor issue was the lack of a snack bar or a bar/lounge area by the pool, making it more difficult to get a quick snack or a drink without having to go to the restaurant. this venue is a fantastic option for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay, with excellent service and amenities.

The staff are accommodating, quick with their service, and always ready to make your experience comfortable and memorable. The hotel is clean with a cozy ambiance, giving you a true Moroccan feel. The hotel's location to everything was awesome. It was conveniently located near the Atlas mountains and surrounded by a pleasant garden. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a clean and spacious room and an outdoor pool that provided a pleasant respite from the summer heat. The breakfast served was plentiful, with options such as eggs, juice, coffee/tea, fruit. The staff was attentive and wonderful, providing helpful suggestions for day trips and organizing transportation.
